Our literacy support programme is a computer-based support programme for adults and children who face daily challenges with their literacy skills. 
It is a structured tutored interactive system of exercises which covers the building blocks of learning English, using computers for a multi-sensory approach.   

Our tailor-made programme is based on recognising the abilities of each individual, building their confidence while encouraging and supporting them to continuously grow and develop to their potential. Our approach to this is to build strong yet informal relationships with each person, have belief in them and encourage them to have the confidence to believe in themselves. 

Our priority is to focus on what they can do and achieve within their range of ability. Continuous support and encouragement is given to each person throughout the programme.
